Yes, we have changing rooms on site with shower facilities - please bring your own towel.

Can I use a locker

Yes, we have a lockers in each changing - we can give you a wrist band so you can secure away your valuables and any bags

Yes, drinks and snacks will be available and if you stay around for the onePT pre-season launch party, there will be a full array of refreshments

If I arrive early, can I have a workout
