Level up your next Hyrox. A 2.5–3 hr performance workshop covering training structure, race strategy, fueling and practical station efficiency. Led by an MSc sport scientist, S&C coach and experienced Hyrox athlete, Joe Parkinson. 20 spaces only.
You’ll learn
- How to structure Hyrox-specific training (running + strength)
- Pacing strategy for runs and stations
- Fueling & hydration (what to do pre/during/post)
- Station efficiency and technique (SkiErg, Sled Push/Pull, Burpees, Row, Farmer’s Carry, Lunges, Wall Balls)
- Common mistakes to avoid and how to fix them
Who it’s for
First-timers, PB chasers, age-group athletes, World Championship hopefuls, and coaches.
What you’ll get
- 45–60 min presentation (training + strategy + fueling)
- 75–90 min practical technique coaching
- Optional workout at the end to practice learned techniques
