I Am A Storyteller Public Workshop: Skegby and Stanton Hill Library

By Inspire Culture | Learning | Libraries

Overview

As part of our I Am A Storyteller project, throughout the month of February, we’ll be running FREE creative storyteller workshops.

With the guidance of a professional storyteller, you’ll have the chance to explore your creativity in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Let's Get Crankie...

In this workshop with Beccy Dye, we'll explore crankie theatres – find out what they are (fun!), and how they work (brilliantly!). We'll tell a story or two with existing crankie theatres, and then you'll have a chance to create a story scroll and your own cardboard crankie theatre!

No previous storytelling experience is necessary, and this is all about trying something new and having a go.

Suitable for children 7+ and their families. Children to be accompanied by an adult.
