Group therapy for individuals seeking to understand the relationship between their external manifested and internal worlds, and those seeking to heal or who are on a journey of self discovery.

The sessions facilitate exploration of Self with a programme based on spiritual principles, modern psychological theories and a fusion of culturally influenced therapeutic approaches alongside western thought (including inner child work and ancestral healing sessions).

At the core of the course is the recognition that we are not sperate from our Higher Power/Source of life, but rather expressions of that Higher Power. Members are supported to connect to that source of power whether it be a deity, unconditional love or something else to work through a range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, weight issues and traumas (including sexual, racial, relational) all of which shape and/or influence our beliefs, habits and behaviours.

Reconnection to our power source enables healing and restoration of harmony, balance and order as we transcend our narrative, learning to live from a space of alignment.

We recognise that our conscious reality is created from the inside out. That what goes on externally in our realities is a metaphor for what is going on within us internally and take the steps that enable us to move from being a passive participant to active creator in the design of our lives as we reconnect with ourselves as a source of power.

During the course we:

Ø explore and embed life principles to facilitate reconnection with our innate power, challenging how we show up in groups and connect with ourselves and others

Ø Identify, heal and re-programme beliefs – by shifting and healing our thinking, we in turn change how we experience life. This may include looking at more difficult aspects of self that may have been repressed supressed or denied and viewing them through a lens of compassion.

Ø Identify and shift disruptive patterns taking full accountability for our experiences from a space of compassion and self forgiveness if applicable.

The Healing Rooms is a supportive space to share, connect, learn and grow as well as challenge yourself to take risks to heal.
