Event description

Description

Join us for a discussion and debate in conjunction with Davison Highley, respected furniture designers and manufacturers. The debate will touch on topics such as:

Can workspace design optimise human performance, support the creation of value, and help to attract and retain staff? Do the benefits outweigh the costs? Can workspaces help attract the best staff? Does individualism dilute corporate culture?

Our panel will include:

Dr Craig Knight, Chartered Psychologist and Director of Identity Realization, whose studies about enriched spaces give deep insights into how personalisation impacts on well-being and productivity.

David Watts, human behaviour expert and Managing Director of workspace design agency CCD, will reveal how understanding human behaviour can impact on workspace creation.

They will be joined by two more experts to discuss some of the practical issues that personalisation presents.

Jo Geraghty from Culture Consultancy will discuss culture and engagement when it comes to the workplace and the wellbeing of employees.

Thomas Palfreyman from Urban Planters brings a biophilic perspectiv, discussing the power of biophilia in office environments and the benefits they can have on employee motivation and wellbeing.

Drinks, nibbles will be served before and afterwards, with plenty of opportunity for networking and quizzing our panellists further.
