You will gain tools to think/feel positively about yourself and acquire knowledge/understanding to shake off negativity.

There are many layers to unconditional Self Love, this is an opportunity to look from within and ‘inner- stand’ how to be the best version of yourself, by loving & learning how to love the skin you’re in & love yourself without limits.

During the workshop there will be engaging activities and an opportunity to have your headshot taken by a professional photographer, as part of one activities & our theme of unconditional self love and loving yourself without limits.
