This is a hypnosis event for weight loss
There are three evenings to attend to receive all three hypnosis steps. There will be a two hour talk / presentation by Lyn Lyons on what drives our eating habits and emotional eating, most people say they eat when they are stressed, they eat when they are upset, they eat when they are lonely, they eat when they are bored, lets look at how we can change this.
