Join social enterprise How It Felt, to make a bouquet of up-cycled paper flowers for yourself. Participants will use tissue paper, napkins, pipe cleaners and pen to create a bunch of flowers, each featuring a small written note or affirmation to themselves. These messages will highlight our proudest moments, best qualities, and happiest memories, as a reminder of how special we all are.

Join us at the beginning of spring to celebrate new beginnings, growth, acceptance and self-care, while building our self-esteem.

The workshop is FREE and for adult woman (or female identifying) 18+ years old, who attend the closed group with AMINA Muslim Women's Rescource Centre, in the Scrapantics Wellgate space on Tuesday mornings.

Location: Scrapantics Community Space, Wellgate, Floor 2 (under the big clock).
