Description

DESCRIPTION

  • Do you care for an older person?
  • Are you a carer over the age of 50?
  • Or, does your work or research involve carers?

'I Care' aims to brings together those who care for older people, older carers, researchers and interested practitioners to discuss why, in an ageing population, research about caregiving matters.

This free event will mark National Carers Week 2017 by exploring the latest findings on unpaid care and support, and guest speakers' own experiences of caregiving. There will also be an opportunity for those attending to feedback on research priorities, and find out more about becoming involved in research in this area.
