The Community AID project is a series of virtual/interactive workshops and masterclasses teaching POC important & relevant life skills
About this event
Life skills, advice & workshops designed at giving POC a step up in life, careers and the creative industry. Featuring a host of young established POC making waves within their industries sessions will take place on Hop-in for ages 14+
We'll kick off with a taster session into Wealth & Finance followed by Health & Well Being. The panelists will take you through an overview of what you can expect to learn from each individual class/topic as well as touching on their experiences within the industry and what they feel needs to change following the Black Lives Matter movement.
Bola Sol - Host
Bola Sol is a Financial Wellness Coach who studied Mathematics and Finance BSc.
She found passion in helping women come together to discuss money matters in 2015 through one conversation at a time, the conversation around money is becoming less of a taboo.
She has been featured on the BBC, Gal Dem, The Financial Times thanks to Black Ballad, The Telegraph, The Guardian, BET thanks to UKBBS, Stylist Magazine and Refinery 29. Through one conversation at a time, she wants to help build more financial confidence in everyone but women especially.
Debodun
Debodun is an experienced multi asset Trader with over 10 years industry experience at various investmentment banks (Including Goldman Sachs, Barclays) and a hedge fund. He is the founder of the Stock Pickers Academy, a 1000+ strong community where he teaches investment and risk management techniques on how to construct a long term investment portfolio. Away from investing he is also a careers coach helping and mentoring undergraduates to land summer internships via @cityjobscoaching and a semi-professional footballer in the Essex Senior league.
Aisha
Aisha is a business relationship manager who advises businesses on their wealth and business plans.She has worked in South Africa, AbuDhabi, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia within Investment & Credit wealth.
As an ex semi pro basketballer, she now also coaches basketball to young people as well as tutoring them with mathematics, money management and the importance of side hustles.
Josh Ryan
As LIBF (London Institute of Banking & Finance) alumni with UKFR, CeMap1 and CeMap2 to his name, former award-winning TV, Radio and Podcast Producer Joshua Ryan is well versed in credit and finance. Having bought his first house solo at 21, the Silver Music Entertainment founder is passionate about financial literacy and finally has a creative outlet to share his knowledge, as a consultant at Artist Development firm The PUSH.
Joelah Noble - Host
Joelah’s career began when she started an online magazine dedicated to inspiring others with art. She produced and presented video interviews with entrepreneurs to discuss their journey and what makes them successful. In true multi-faceted form, she then took on a presenting role for Carphone Warehouse where she mastered tech reviews and getting to grips with the newest phones on the market.
Since then, she’s worked with a number of brands including Nike, G-Shock and Puma. You can find her presenting on one of the biggest urban online platforms GRM Daily where she produces and presents the weekly news. She also hosted the GRM Rated Awards for an audience of over 100k viewers in 2017. Most recently Joelah has worked on the Women’s World Cup coverage for Chelsea Women’s FC out in France and for Melody VR at Wireless Festival.
Bisi Akins
Bisi Akins is a presenter, host and founder of social enterprise ‘Young Gifted Initiative’ (YGI). She has hosted various events across the UK & Africa covering everything from music, hair & beauty, entertainment, corporate engagements to charitable causes.
She is the creator of SELF:I:E (Self Image Enhanced), a service created to teach women the importance of Self Worth, Self Identity & Self Image. She aims to create a strong community of women who wear their best SELF:I:E always.
Her charismatic vibe and relatable personality allows her voice to transcend across multiple audiences. Her passion for realness and transparency makes her platform a safe space that is not only inspiring but also admiral.

Princess K
11 year old dance sensation Princess K is taking the dance and entertainement industry by storm.
Embassador for Nike where she has appeared in various campaigns Princess K has gone viral over 10 times and she is still continuing to do so worldwide.
The last year as seen her performing with her brothers in their group Dem3 at Davido’s sold out concert at the O2 Greenwich in front of an audience of 20,000. On her second Leap Of Faith tour in the United states, Princess danced with Afro-Beat Artist Young Paris performing at the famous Apollo Theatre. During this time, Princess K also made TV apperances on ABC News and Fox News in Washington DC. On her visit, she also taught classes filled with both children and adults.
Princess K’s most recent achievement was when she performed in front of 150,000 people with Stormzy at 2019’s Glastonbury Festival. This was also broadcast live on BBC2, Radio 1Xtra and on BBCiPlayer.
Naysap
Naysap is an all round creative but specialises in fashion styling, costume design and film photography. She has worked on and styled many successful projects from music videos, press shoots, single and album covers to magazine editorials and also campaigns and work in TV and Film. The client list includes Depop, The North Face, Uber, Nike, Adidas, Reebok & artists include Sean Paul, Damian Marley, WSTRN,Ray BLK, D Double E, Nadia Rose plus many more. Setting trends is what Naysap does best & she has impressed the creative industry over the years with her unique style and flair.
The multifaceted queen has just recently stepped into the world of nails & is now a Qualified but self taught Nail Technician.
In addition to this she runs (& founded) a platform/community called GRL GNG (pronounced Girl Gang). GRL GNG is a platform for women and girls, aimed at both aspiring and established female artists. GRL GNG produces cyphers, freestyles and interviews. GRL GNG also host live events once a month showcasing some of the hottest female talent in the game across all Boxpark sites.
