I Have Eaten It: Fundraising Meal
24 FEB: 17.00 - 23.00
To celebrate, and support I Have Eaten It the 4-week kitchen takeover at Refettorio Felix we will be hosting a special fundraising evening. This event has been organised in order to raise funds and awareness around Refettorio Felix, whilst also showcasing the talented roster of international artists we have worked with for the project. We are excited to be partnering with Ramael Scully of Scully Restaurant to create a 3-course menu. To keep in line with our exploration of the importance of utilising surplus food, Scully will be designing the 3-course menu 24 hours after receiving his list of ingredients from the Felix Project.
Your £110 ticket will include the following:
A 3-course meal, accompanied with wine from Weino Bib, will be created by the internationally renowned chef, Ramael Scully. Born in Malaysia and brought up in Sydney, with a Mother of Chinese/Indian descent and an Irish Balinese Father, Scully creates meals based on a wide range of culinary traditions from his family heritage. Having had the benefit of such a diverse cultural upbringing, not to mention his vast experiences from travelling the world; you can expect an explosion of flavours using sustainable, locally sourced ingredients where possible, created and served in an informal yet refined setting.
An Auction of 9 internationally respected emerging to mid-career contemporary artists.
If you are unable to attend the event but would still like to donate to Reffetorrio Felix, you can do so by clicking the link here.
