The I Heart me programme is a programme for young people from ages 10- 21 years old.
It is a programme that has been designed to improve the confidence and self-esteem of young people who lack confidence. The programme will help learners to identify and develop a more positive outlook in regards their confidence and self-esteem. By the end of this programme learners will have the ability to self-reflect and better understand themselves and others.
This programme might benefit children and young people who suffer from shyness, lack of confidence anxiety or would just like to come along and make some friends
This programme will run on Saturday 17th September and on the 1st October 2016 10AM- 1PM

Day Time Table
10am- 10.30am- An Introduction to the day- Breakfast with the group
10.30am- 11.00am- Presentation (Every day the group will sit down to a lecturing format for thirty minutes, where a prentation will be delievered. Topics:Understand why you lack confidence and motivation.Understand the definition of confidence and what that means for individuals.Recognising what influences your personal image.“Reprogramming” techniques for changing the way you see yourself and the world around you.Improving your own self esteem using specific positive thought and expectation techniques.Identifying productive and unproductive behaviours and their effect on ourselves and others.Improve your confidence when dealing with people.Learn how to inspire and motivate yourself )
11.00am- 11.30am- Group therapy (Students will learn how to bond and build relationships. Experiences, difficulties and worries will be shared. The group will support one another and provide problem solving solutions.)
11.30pm- 12.00pm- Physical Activity/ Practical Activity- (Boxing, Badminton, Walking, Dance class, Cake making, Cup decorating etc)
12.00pm- 12.30pm- Physical Activity/ Practical Activity
12.30pm- 1pm- Wind Down- (A Discussion of the day)
Lunch and then students are free to leave (LUNCH & Snacks thoughtout the day are free)
