This day-long workshop is part of the I-REACCH project (funded by the Wellcome Trust). It will bring CSSAH researchers together to address the embodied influences that bear upon our research practices and journeys (Puwar 2020). We will explore together the challenges and barriers we have faced in making progress on specific research projects, as well as ways of bringing methodological projects within our grasp.
We are delighted to be hosting Dr Sophie-Marie Niang (University of Cambridge) to facilitate discussions around the encounters that influence and impact on research progression, as well as methodologies that offer 'possibilities for repair' (Niang 2024).
