About this event

Family & Education • Education

Anne & Anna from Primed for Life will share their approach and learning from their recent project in NW UK working in partnership with local authorities (Lancashire & Cumberland) in early years settings in Morecambe and Workington.

We will explore:

  • How the art of improvisation in early years settings supports communication, co-creation and wellbeing for young children and practitioners
  • Why ‘being seen’ really matters to children in these difficult times - how communicating through the language of movement enhances this for both children and practitioners
  • Partnership working with local authorities to use movement & play to enhance and support practitioners’ roles

There will be a simple movement play activity in the session as well as time for discussion around some provocations from the project.

Who is this webinar for?

All curious creatives and practitioners welcome, no movement experience necessary!
