Why are refunds not permitted?

It is appreciated that circumstances can change at any time. However, the cost charged to each participant does not cover the actual cost of hiring the boat. Therefore, much as it would be preferable to built more flexibility into booking, it would be very difficult to accommodate refunds.

Question 2

What happens if I am unable to arrive on time?

Accepted Answer

The boat is only available for the exact time slot allocated. Therefore, it needs to leave exactly at 10:30. Failure to arrive on time will unfortunately result in the participant missing the trip. Please aim to arrive by 10 am to facilitate a timely boarding process.

Question 3

Do I need to bring anything on the day?

Accepted Answer

There will be an opportunity to stop at a local chip shop for lunch. So bring some cash if you wish to do that. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring a packed lunch. Please also bring a waterproof jacket in case of rai, as well as a warm layer.
