A monthly Breathwork journey for curious humans ready to pause, breathe, and explore what’s unfolding within.

These questions... soft, curious, open-ended, are the beginning of something new.

Each month, we’ll gather for a breathwork journey inspired by a different “I wonder” theme, designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and listen more deeply to yourself.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a simple, powerful practice that uses conscious breathing to shift how you feel; physically, mentally, and emotionally. It can help you release stress, feel more grounded, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that you may have pushed aside in the busyness of life.

This series is perfect if you’ve never done breathwork before — or if you’re curious to explore your inner world more deeply in a safe, supportive space.

What to Expect:

Each workshop has its own unique theme and energy, aligned with the seasons and the subtle shifts we move through in life.
