Courage Over Comfort: Remembering is the next chapter following the first of the series created in October 2024.
It is a 2-Day Immersive Experience encompassing two days of masculine alchemy, expansion and integration where men come together and brotherships are created through inspiring, shared and transformative experience.
The "strongend" will consist of a full spectrum of embodiment work and play. The activations (activities) will combine traditional practices including sharing circles, Conscious Connected Breathing; some ceremonial rites including rapè, cacao and fire-pit dissolution; to more intuitive, connective activations including chi-gong activations and a sound healing guided meditation experience.
There will also be incredible physical challenges! A 5k invocation, ice bath therapy, and other elements creating for a biblical strongend where the objective will be to "Remember" the essential ingredients that make up your being.

All activations and practices are "Invitations not Obligations". That being said, all participations are highly encouraged to engage in every element to have a full experience. That being said if you wish to opt out for undisclosed personal reasons this will absolutely be respected.
The cost of the experience covers the cost for space-holders sharing their work and time, the meals being provided, the space being used, the materials in effect, and access to all of the activities and facilities of the Immersive Experience.
You are encouraged to be open only at your comfort level, but this is Courage Over Comfort! Like most retreats IAMCOM emphasise confidentiality, respect, and endorses a compassionate-rich environment to reframe the relationship we have with the sharing of sensitive, personal information.
Retreats typically attract men of all backgrounds and ages; from young and developing men to experienced wisdom-keepers, who are interested in growth, healing or deeper connection with brotherhood. We practice an 'ALL ARE WELCOME' philosophy to promote inclusivity. No brother left behind.
There will be an integration call that follows to maintain the built threads of connection as well as the opportunity to join the IAMCOM group where monthly/bimonthly calls take place to continue to share in the medicine of brotherhood.
Absolutely! The previous Courage Over Comfort experience was in October 2024. There is another series being planned to take place next year in the Pyrenees in the south of France! That experience will be 4-day Immersive Experience!!
