We achieve this mission through a high support, high expectation model that combines marketable job skills, stipends, internships and college credits. Located in fourteen cities across the country, Year Up serves 2,750 students annually, and 85% of graduates are employed or enrolled in school full-time within four months of program completion: the average starting wage for employed graduates is $15/hour.
