I'm excited to invite you to attend my next #IAmRemarkable workshop.

#IAmRemarkable is a global movement that empowers everyone, including underrepresented groups, to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond, while challenging the social perception around self-promotion. Learn more at iamremarkable.org.

In this interactive session, you will participate in group discussions and exercises to increase your comfort and confidence in self-promotion.

During this 90 minute workshop we will:

● reflect on our own limiting beliefs on self-promotion

● share data and research regarding self-promotion and bias

● go through the main exercise to help you identify and share your achievements

● wrap up with discussion and take home exercises.

These sessions can often be intense and emotive experiences. I'd recommend you block out some time in your diary straight after the session to process, de-compress and take a break before continuing the rest of your day.

I'm a specialist in employee experience with a focus on employee engagement and mental health and wellbeing. As a trained mental health first aider and neurodiversity champion I have successfully crafted and implemented wellbeing strategies, and managed teams of cross-functional wellbeing champions to drive positive workplace outcomes.

I set up Katie HR Consulting in April 2024, I work with a number of organisations providing a range of strategic and operational HR services. I’m involved in collaborating with other freelance business partners on specific HR projects. I also work with some individuals providing coaching, mentoring, and career development guidance.
