Shropshire is home to a number of rather overlooked but incredibly beautiful and interesting towns…….and the latest to be the venue for one of my virtual walks is Much Wenlock, right in the heart of the county on the beautiful Wenlock Edge.

The town has medieval architecture, great views of the Shropshire Hills, some startling street names…….and a surprising role in the history of the Modern Olympic Games.
