Event description

Description

Join us at the outstanding Royal College of Physicians on Thursday, 26 September at IAPT Connect 19.

This one day conference will bring together psychological therapy providers - from both adult and children and young people’s services - commissioners, policy makers and researchers to discuss the challenges mental health services are facing, to share experiences, lessons and ideas, to be inspired by one another’s work, and to explore ambitions for the future.

We will hear from a range of speakers covering what matters most in our community, both in the UK and abroad.

Speakers already confirmed for the event include:

  • David Clark, NHS England’s National Clinical and Informatics Advisor for IAPT

  • Indra Joshi, Clinical Lead for NHS England’s Empower the Person Portfolio

  • Ross O’Brien, Deputy Director of the Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service

We will announce more speakers shortly.

The full agenda will be released over the coming weeks and you can keep in touch with the latest on the event by following #IAPTConnect19 on Twitter.

IAPT Connect 2019 is free of charge to ensure that anyone who can benefit from this event has the opportunity to attend. It is open to all but will be particularly important to those delivering or commissioning community-based psychological therapy services.

Register now to secure your free place. We can’t wait to see you there!
