Thursday 9 March and Thursday 27 April, 09:30-12:30
Thursday 9 March and Thursday 27 April, 13:30-16:30
Hilton Leeds City, Neville Street, Leeds, LS1 4BX
The Yorkshire and the Humber Clinical Network, in partnership with the Intensive Support Team (IST), is delighted to be hosting two half day workshops on Demand and Capacity in IAPT services.
The workshops intend to enable participants to develop their understanding of Demand and Capacity within IAPT services and introduce a tool to assist with Demand and Capacity modelling, which participants must complete.
The workshops will include:
Update from the Intensive Support Team
Exploration of Demand and Capacity in IAPT Services
An Introduction to a Demand and Capacity Modelling Tool
It is expected that attendees of the workshops will complete the Demand and Capacity Modelling Tool and join a series of WebEx’s between the workshop dates.
Please do not underestimate the time required to undertake this and the support required from your organisation and colleagues. Please only register for a place if you can guarantee completion of the tool.
Who should attend?
It is expected that each organisation attending will send a Service Manager, Data Analyst and Clinical Lead.
Attendance of the workshops can only be offered to those Providers who have either previously attended an IST led Demand and Capacity Workshop or who can confirm a sound understanding of Demand and Capacity.
Places should only be registered for if attendees can guarantee completion of the Demand and Capacity Modelling Tool.
It is anticipated that if you book for the morning or afternoon workshop on 9 March you will attend the follow up workshop on 27 April in the same session slot.
