Join Penn State Hershey IBD Center for an informative meeting that may answer many of your questions about inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Everyone impacted by IBD, Crohn’s disease, or ulcerative colitis is invited to attend—including the person with IBD, their family and the doctors who treat this condition. We will present current, pertinent information that will give you the opportunity to take charge of your IBD with your health care team.

Registration begins at 6 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., presentations followed by question/answer sessions begin. The program ends at 9:00 p.m.
