Why have you increased the price?

As inflation rises, we’re committed to keeping these afternoons going! The £1 increase helps cover rising costs (including wages & prosecco) and supports our exciting new act. We’ve kept it fair—just a small change to keep the event alive!

Why are your tickets non-refundable?

Accepted Answer

Due to high demand and limited capacity, our tickets are non-refundable to prevent last-minute group cancellations that can negatively impact the event's atmosphere. Due to high numbers on every waitlist, we operate these events first come first served.

Why are you no longer offering bottomless beer tickets?

Following feedback from our 2024 events, we’ve decided to remove the beer option. It changed the flow and energy of the day — and with a majority-female crowd, we’re leaning into the fun, bubbly atmosphere that makes our events shine.

Where can I park?

Public and residential parking options nearby on Belgrave Road and Park Avenue. The Grove Car Park (2 Marlborough Rd, Ventnor, Isle of Wight PO38 1TE) is a short walk away and offers parking payable by coins, phone, or card. Please do not drink and drive.

Is this event accessible?

Due to our unique cliffside location, access involves multiple flights of stairs and there is no ground floor. Unfortunately, we do not have a lift or wheelchair access, so our property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Can I bring my kids and/or dog?

Sorry, this event is for those 18 and over. Please make arrangements for a babysitter, as well as a sitter for your pets.

What time should I arrive?

This event starts at 12:30. Please plan to arrive at this time, as we may not be ready to serve before then due to our small, friendly team preparing your afternoon.

Can I arrive later?

To show respect for our event and DJ Omar, we ask that all attendees arrive at the start time and not just for the bottomless prosecco, as this disrupts the overall atmosphere. The 60-minute prosecco service will begin simultaneously for all attendees and will be announced by the DJ on the day.

Can I book a room and stay at The Wellington Hotel?

Do you offer ferry discount for attendees travelling from the mainland?

Can I decorate my table/area?

Absolutely! We encourage this, although we do not decorate ourselves. You are more than welcome to arrive with bits and bobs to make your celebration tailored to your group.

I don't drink alcohol, can I have a soft drink ticket?

This event is designed as a prosecco-focused afternoon. While we may not always be able to offer alternatives, we’re happy to look into one-off exceptions where possible. Please note, ticket prices remain the same regardless, as they cover much more than just the drinks.

Will there be a photographer at this event?

We may have a photographer capturing the fun! Ticket holders will be informed ahead of time, with the chance to opt out of any photos being used online or for future marketing. This is a brilliant time to get dressed up and bring (PG) photo props. Photo album will be added to Facebook.
