About your trainer:

Matthew Graham is an international trainer and Agile enthusiast with broad experience in facilitating change in large scale organisations.

He is currently consulting in one of the largest investment banks in the world and has coached multiple teams using multiple frameworks such as LeSS, SaFe, Spotify, Scrum and Kanban.

Having previously enjoyed a career in the British Army he naturally evolved from the command and control to servant leadership philosophy – and found servant leadership to be very much more effective.
