Description

We are now SOLD OUT!

icap are delighted to invite you to the Battle of the Networks 2017 this October; bringing together Irish networks, groups, and organisations for a night of healthy competition with a good cause.

So grab your almanacs, swot your history notes, practice your times-tables and channel your inner Paxman. The Battle of the Networks Table Quiz will determine the brainiest bunch within the Irish community in the UK. All proceeds will be donated to icap; an organisation which supports members of the Irish community in the UK in need of counselling and therapy services.

Call your dreamteam of quizzers from your organization (6 members maximum per table please) and book a table to take part in this intellectual arena. Entry per table is £150 and organisations are welcome to book more than one table subject to availability.

The Winning Team will be crowned Inaugural Winners of the Battle of the Networks and will hold bragging rights over all other groups for the year. Eternal glory awaits!

Registration is open and please spread the word and encourage folk to attend.

All networks free to bring your collateral, pull ups and business cards – it is a network of networks after all!

All proceeds on the night will go to icap (see http://www.icap.org.uk or follow @icap1 @icapevents1)

Nibbles provided. Cash Bar.

With thanks to LIGN for support in organising and we look forward to seeing you there.

icap (Immigrant Counselling and Psychotherapy) is a charity providing counselling and psychotherapy. Talking with a trained and experienced professional in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space can help people understand the causes of their distress and pain. Being able to link feelings to patterns of behaviour which affect our relationships can enable us to make changes and move on. Counselling and psychotherapy can help with depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, stress and unhappiness.

icap was founded in 1995 to meet the needs of Irish immigrants resident in Britain. Now nearing its 20th year, icap works largely with the Irish diaspora, as well as those of Irish descent and other immigrant communities living in Britain. Our work provides lasting benefits to some of the most fragile and isolated people in Britain. And, whilst there are many agencies that cater for the needs of the Irish in Britain, icap is one of the only dedicated counselling and psychotherapy providers. We specialise in helping those with issues of abuse and cultural loss, making us unique as an organisation.
