Event description

Description

Dear Colleague,

The Council has a new system iCasework for managing Complaints, Freedom of information (FOI), Subject Access (SAR) Requests and Member and Councillor Enquiries.

You have been nominated to attend the Basic user training on the iCasework system. This is because you have been identified as an officer who frequently responds to complaints and enquiries. With the new system you will start to receive email alerts informing you that a case has been assigned to you for a response or for your approval.

The old system Respond Centerpoint will be terminated on 1 July 2017. Our key objective is to ensure that we train all main users of the system by 30 June 2017. We will have unlimited access to the new system this will enable all key officers to access the system.

Your identified key officers in your departments will receive comprehensive training (Power User training).

There will be a maximum of 10 attendees for each session and dates will be allocated on a first come first served basis. iCasework will replace our current system Respond on the 1st July, therefore these dates have been specifically chosen for the week before go live to ensure you receive the training at the most appropriate time. As we are also working to a tight schedule, it would be appreciated if you could please book onto one of the dates at your earliest convenience.

It is essential you attend one of these training dates as you will also be a key contact for the service you are representing, but please get in touch with Owen Martin (82275) or Anitha Pillai (84834) if you have any queries.
