The seminar will focus on multi-modal participatory arts for wellbeing practice. Using spontaneous, improvisational approaches, it will seek to involve those attending in co-creative, playful conversation based around examples of William's shared experience as an arts practitioner. The aim of this session is to demonstrate the potency of 'Art as Community Culture Catalyst’ toward the building of personal and social resilience and wellbeing.
