In this inaugural session, we are delighted to welcome Vikki Callaghan, Project Manager at BASF, the world’s largest integrated chemical company. Vikki brings over 30 years of experience in the chemical and packaging sectors. She now works closely with retailers and brand owners to design packaging that is more sustainable—whether through reuse, recycling, carbon reduction, or consumer education.

She will share real-world examples of how companies can contribute meaningfully to biodiversity, reduce complexity for consumers, and make responsible choices across the value chain. This is a practical, honest, and inspiring conversation that speaks directly to the challenges ESG professionals face every day.
