This interactive session is designed to start you thinking about how to harness expertise in your business by looking ahead, creating a clear plan, clarifying priorities and utilizing your knowledge base.
You will leave this session with tools to take back to your business and work in more depth internally supported by EEN & KTN to maximise business growth.

Andrew is an experienced Innovation Adviser for Enterprise Europe Network, with over 15 years of experience working professionally in research and innovation.
With a background in product design and specialising in design thinking, Andrew works with businesses to nurture their innovation potential and helps them to identify how they can maximise opportunity in Europe.
Barry Waddilove – Knowledge Transfer manager, Design
Barry has 27 years’ experience working in design and product development with brands and organisations worldwide.
Barry aims to promote strategic design as an essential ingredient for UK innovators to successfully bridge from concept to commercialisation. This involves working with a broad network of scientists, engineers, designers, policy makers and business leaders to increase awareness of design's role in innovation and its capacity to deliver business success.
