We are looking to speak to people with an interest in exploring ideas for tech or digital businesses.

Are you interested in exploring:

· How you can apply your skills to a different, entrepreneurial environment?

· How you might be able to make a living through self-employment?

· How you might be able to use tech to make a difference to the economy and/or the lives of people?

But are you unsure where to start?

We are looking to speak to a wide range of individuals, from all walks of life, to explore tech ideas at our FREE informal idea generation session – without the pressure from us to actually start a business (unless you want to, of course!)

All you need is an interest in how technology can make a difference to the economy and potentially help you make a living.

What does the session involve?

Our free tech idea generation session on Tuesday 16th November is an opportunity to explore your skills, meet like-minded people, and identify potential business opportunities that you could pursue, if it feels right for you.

We want to have the first conversations with people, like you, who are open to the idea of investigating their skills, knowledge and expertise, drivers and passions – and learn how all these can be applied through digital and technology.

Working with our team and other like-minded people, you will have fun thinking about and trying to solve real world problems. You will build an understanding of how these basic skills and principles can be applied to you and your business ideas (if you have any), for now and in the future.

Food and drinks will be provided.

The event will take place at Sunderland Software Centre, which is a short walk from local public transport services and features a nearby paid car park. The venue is completely accessible to wheelchair users.
