Event Details

Our July session has a workshop style format, interactive with a mix of expert content, practical work and discussion.

The first half, led by SEN member Helen Franklin, is about identifying your key personal values, understanding how they are formed and prioritising them. It will enable you to better understand what is really important to you and how you can benefit from using your key values intentionally in your work and business.
Growing your conscious awareness of your own values can provide a behavioural compass when making decisions at work. It can free you up to lead and influence authentically, mindfully, and intentionally.

The second half, led by brand marketing expert Isabel Gainford, explores how your branding dramatically affects the way you are perceived and the clients you attract.

Through powerful visual and verbal demonstrations, you will experience for yourself the increased impact you can have when you project your brand and its values in a distinct, authentic and compelling way.

Discover what it takes to truly elevate your message and project what you stand for.

About the Speakers:

Helen Franklin, founder of Free to Lead Consulting Ltd, is an experienced Executive Coach and organisational development professional who will share some of her own stories about the role that values have played in her own life and career.

Isabel Gainford is creator and founder of The Brand Beneath and has worked with over 100 businesses to help them unearth and align their own brand so that they naturally attract their ideal client. She specialises in helping coaches and consultants to decipher their own strong unique identity and position themselves effectively in the marketplace by developing a powerful brand that works both for them and their client.

The event counts as a Continuous Professional Development activity for CIPD members and Certificates of Attendance are available at the end for your CPD records.
