Working with independents: opportunities and insights from Victoria Gate and John Lewis
Date: Tuesday 17 January 17.00 - 20.00
Venue: The Tetley , Hunslet Road, Leeds LS10 1JQ
Get your diaries out, it’s time to reveal our January networking event and this time we’re headed off to The Tetley for drinks and nibbles coupled with some serious insights.
This time around we’ve got James Bailey, the General Manager of Victoria Leeds, who you might remember from the talk that he gave at Kirkgate Market a while ago which was absolutely jam packed with common sense and solid advice. Victoria estate includes not only the new Victoria Gate but also Victoria Quarter, where he manages a portfolio of independent retail and hospitality tenants. Prior to his current role, James was the general manager of the White Rose centre.
James Bailey will be joined by James Prince, the Manager of John Lewis Leeds. John Lewis have been long-time supporters of local businesses, by providing opportunities to independents to get their products on the coveted John Lewis shelves and let’s not forget the legendary John Lewis customer service ethos. One that no doubt, any business at any stage, will benefit from hearing about.
Pay and display parking is available at the front of the building.
