IFDA Members' February Networking event at Ox Club

With February around the corner, we’re excited to reveal the details of our next networking event and this time around we’ll have Ben Davy, Executive chef at Ox Club. Fresh from the successes of last year’s Michelin Guide nods & inclusion in the Waitrose Good Food Guide, this is one not to miss.
Ben will be talking about how to make the most of seasonality and provenance along with keeping products cost effective. You can also expect Ben to chat through menu writing, using Instagram and finding your ‘thing’. Of course it wouldn’t be an Ox Club experience without seeing that famous grill fired up and the chance of a cooking demonstration.
