Mylinh and Sengy set up new street food café Banh and Mee at Kirkgate Market earlier this year. This was by no means their first venture, having spent many years in the world of Asian restaurants, a family business. The venture into Viet street food is their passion and now, their great success! Come along to hear tips and advice from a team who truly have ‘been there, done that’ in terms of new ventures, business expansion, bricks and mortar businesses, brand identity and diversifying in a completely new direction.
On the menu will be a range of Vietnamese ‘small plate’ foods, some vegetarian.
