About this event

  • Event lasts 45 minutes

There has never been a more crucial time to integrate regular IFS-inspired meditation into your life. This practice not only helps you and your parts relax, reduce stress, and boost your immune system, but as you find peace and calm, you will also encourage those around you to experience the same.

Whether you're a regular meditator, an occasional practitioner, or someone who's been hesitant to start, I invite you to explore my collection of IFS-inspired Compassion-Focused Somatic Mindfulness Practices. I offer a wide range of techniques drawn from IFS and related practices, allowing you to discover the approach that resonates most with you.

In my sessions, you'll have the chance to explore:

– Grounding and opening meditations– Somatic mindfulness (connecting with different parts of the body)– Mindful breathing– Buddhist Metta Bhavana (loving-kindness meditation), bringing love and compassion to various parts of yourself– Moving meditations– Walking meditations (with and without mantras)– Other guided meditations– And more

My sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of your parts. Whether you're seeking stress relief, nourishment, safety, calm, confidence, happiness, or improved health, we will work together to support your inner journey.

For those new to IFS-inspired meditation, I’ve designed sessions that are accessible, engaging, and fun. For experienced IFS meditators, I provide deeper, more interactive practices that will deepen your mindfulness and connection.

P.S. In my sessions, you'll also have the opportunity to connect with others, share your experiences, and get your questions answered.

These sessions are perfect for anyone who has struggled with meditation in the past, those looking for fresh and creative meditation techniques, or those simply seeking a more enjoyable approach to mindfulness.

In addition to all the traditional benefits of classical mindfulness, you’ll experience so much more.

Below, you can read testimonials, reviews, and feedback from my Self-Compassion Practices and workshops.
