The management of access requests, FOI’s, ect presents huge challenges for organisatons. Particularly when balancing all the other pressures currently facing local government. In this session we will be joined by speakers from the ICO and John Davison from BLS Stay Compliant. They will share some of the best practice and key thinking in this space to support you to better manage requests.
