The Next Ignite will be on the 26th of March, at the Guildford Boileroom. We are really pumped to have Dance Like Kings, who you'll remember from our Christmas Party leading us in worship and we'll be confirming our speaker soon! Remember, you don't need tickets but they are free and enable you to queue-hop.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
You can E-mail email@example.com or alternatively send us a Facebook message. It's also possible to communicate with the Ignite team through the youth worker at your church.
Will there be photos or videos taken at Ignite?
There may be several reasons why you or your child would prefer to be left out of our pictures if this is the case we would ask that you pick up a sticker from our welcome team and wear it in a visible place throughout the event. We'll then make every effort to keep you out of our images and footage.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
You don't normally need to bring ID with you, but the event is hosted for people in school years 7-13. If our door staff think you look a little too young or a little too old for the event, they may ask you to prove your age.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
If you're coming from further a field to the event, you can get the train to Guildford and the Boileroom is around a ten-minute walk from the train station. It's easy to find on Google maps.
Unfortunately, parking near to the Boileroom can be slightly tricky, and so we would ask parents to avoid waiting or parking outside the venue unless it's absolutely necessary. Parents can park on Artillery Road or across York Road in the Waitrose Car park.
The Boileroom has level entry to the main venue through the front entrance. They also have a disabled W/C available through the use of a RADAR key, which you can gain access to from the bar, or alternatively, you may use your own.
The Boileroom work with the organization Attitude is Everything and are constantly striving to improve the live music experience for all their customers, encouraging inclusivity and equality.
If you have any queries about accessibility you can contact the Boileroom directly on firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone 01483 440022.
What's the refund policy?
As the tickets are free, we don't have a refund policy. However, as we have limited space in the venue, if you can't make it we would ask that you return your tickets so that they can be made available to someone else.
