The Jesus House Project team is organising a Project Management seminar Saturday October 7th, 2017 at 9am- 1pm. The seminar will focus on Staying relevant in the Project Management industry. This will be an opportunity to hear from a Programme Lead at Transport for London. She will share her experiences, what we must do to stay relevant and how to distinguish ourselves from others in the industry.

The programme for seminar :

1 . Introduction

2. Context for effective Project management

3. Personal Brand

4. Personal attributes and skills for effective propject management

5. Personal assessment

6. Action planning

The session will be interactive and group exercises will be carried out. This will be an opportunity to network, ask questions, share ideas and experiences

Keynote Speaker - Alexandra Bode Tunji

Alexandra is an experienced HR and OD leader currently leading a major people transformation programme at Transport for London (TfL). She has extensive experience in HR, change management, organisation design and development, and L&D.

Her business acumen, great interpersonal skills and her knack for building crucial relationships at all levels of the organisation have contributed to the success of the people transformation programme in London Underground (LU).
