Join IHSCM Director of Social Care, Sue Jones for this comprehensive training programme aimed at current & aspiring managers & leaders. This programme aims to enhance leadership skills through a structured set of 6 interactive online workshops.
Programme Overview
This training programme needs only 1 registration and comprises six 1-hour online modules, each building on the previous one. These sessions will be held weekly during September & October at 2 pm on the following dates:
- 10th September
- 17th September
- 24th Sptember
- 1st October
- 8th OCtober
- 15th October

Certification
To receive a CPD certificate, participants must complete all six modules in sequence as each module builds on the previous one. Attendance in the correct order is essential to ensure comprehensive understanding and skill development. This programme is certified by CPD and 12 points are available.

If you attended the 'Compassionate Leadership Introduction' session held on 31st July 2025, you will not need to attend the 10th September session - please indicate this on the order form! Note you will still receive the meeting link. You must attend the other sessions to obtain CPD certification.
