Join our Empowered Teams Workshop Series facilitated by Sue Jones, Director of Social Care, IHSCM and transform your leadership approach and improve communication with your team.

Series Overview:

There are 4 workshops in this series, please note you will need to register for each workshop you wish to attend:

1. How to communicate effectively (23rd September, 2-3pm)
2. How to support teams to have critical conversations (21st October, 2-3pm)
3. How to support staff development (18th November, 2-3pm)
4. How to empower teams to be inclusive (11th December, 2-3pm)

Certification:

You will receive an electronic certificate which reflects your participation. In keeping with reducing our carbon footprint, wherever possible, we ask you to print out or save this information and certificate your end.
