DO YOU:
- feel out of your depth in your leadership challenges?
- struggle to make sense of your priorities in your organisation and the wider sector?
- find the established tools and approaches you previously used do not work anymore?
- struggle to persuade staff of change you are implementing?
- wish you were bolder and braver as a leader?
If you answered yes to any of these questions - you are not alone!
These challenging times can leave anyone feeling vulnerable as a leader. Join us as Amanda shares practical insights on how to lead courageously and with compassion in these times, and take away strategies to support you on your journey.
