How to join the virtual Forum via Zoom

Our PIMH Forums are delivered online. We ask that you treat this Forum as you would a face-to-face event. Ensure that you make the most of this opportunity through:

Finding a quiet and comfortable space to take part - shared offices or clinical spaces may not be suitable due to noise or other possible distractions. If you are able to work from a private workspace or your home for the event this may be helpful. Please do not join alongside any colleagues who are attending - joining individually is easier for engagement and virtual activities as it ensures you can see the screen and be seen also. Please do not join whilst out and about or in a vehicle.

A device with a video camera/webcam – e.g. a laptop or a desktop PC with a webcam. This will enable you to engage fully in the session as you need to see and be seen, particularly during group activities. iPads can lose charge, overheat and won’t give you a view of all the other participants. Smartphone screens are limited in size making full participation challenging.

An invitation link will be sent to you via email prior to the Virtual PIMH Forum meeting - please look out for it. Once meetings have been scheduled, an invitation link will be posted on this page also. Please bookmark this booking page, so it will be easy for you to find and access the link when you wish to join the meeting on the specified date and time.
