About the event

iLINKS Innovations is an annual NHS conference and exhibition showcasing the use of innovation and digital ltechnology in health and social care.

The event is organised by NHS Informatics Merseyside and is specifically aimed at healthcare professionals who have an interest in the use of digital technology to help deliver better care, improve health and enable people to live life more independently.

Presentations from notable keynote speakers will be held throughout the day, along with pre-bookable sessions and an exhibitor marketplace.

Who is this event suitable for?

How do I register?

Can I update my registration information?

Yes using your Eventbrite login, you can update your registration information at any time.


Do I need my e-ticket at check-in?

Yes. Please make sure your e-ticket (which includes your QR code) is available on arrival. This will have been emailed to you from Eventbrite. Alternatively, you can print this out and bring it with you on the day.


Who do I contact if I can no longer attend this event?

How do I book onto the presentations sessions taking place during the event?

Once you have registered to attend iLINKS Innovations, closer to the event date you will receive an email containing an online booking form to enable you to choose the presentations you wish to attend on the day. Some of the more popular sessions get booked up very quickly, so please ensure that you book your preferred session as soon as possible to avoid disappoint.

Is there a cloakroom facility at the venue?

No there are no cloakroom or storage facilities at the venue. Please be aware that it is not possible for the reception desk or event staff to look after any delegate property.

What are my transport options for getting to the venue?

By rail

The easiest way to reach Aintree is by train. The nearest mainline station to Aintree is Liverpool Lime Street. Liverpool Central Station is just a short walk from Lime Street, where you can catch a train to Aintree. Aintree Station is directly opposite the racecourse.

By bus

Aintree can be reached by bus on services: 300, 311, 345, 350 and 351 both to and from Liverpool. From Bootle New Strand take route 61A.

By road

Aintree Racecourse is located on the A59, just one mile from the M57 and M58, which link the M62 and M6. Follow the A59 to Liverpool and the AA signs as you approach the racecourse for routes to the car parks.

Yes. There is ample free parking at the venue.
