Join us in sharing a labyrinth of the senses – a magical experience to inspire and revive.

We will begin with a short centring meditation and intention setting, before entering the labyrinth, which will be illuminated by lanterns.

Walking the labyrinth is a form of moving meditation and is an opportunity for reflection and contemplation. The centre of the labyrinth is a place of blissful liminality, where you may dwell for a while, before returning renewed.

We will conclude with a chance to share experiences and appreciate the stillness that the labyrinth has brought.

This is an outdoor activity. The Meadow is dark and uneven underfoot. Please dress for the weather and bring a torch.

Afterwards, you are welcome to warm up with a cuppa and chat at the Space 'n' Time cafe.

The labyrinth walk will be facilitated by Dr Nick Fuller and Lucy Vaughan.

Nick Fuller is a labyrinth facilitator, shamanic practitioner workshop leader, educator and researcher. He has been working with labyrinths for over 15 years designing and creating labyrinths and facilitating labyrinth experiences for individuals and groups.

Lucy Vaughan is an artist, shamanic worker, horticulturist, and labyrinth worker. She has a deep interest in, knowledge of, and love for the labyrinth.

Nick and Lucy lead a monthly labyrinth walk at North Kelvin Meadow at 10.00am on the first Saturday of each month – all welcome!
