Illustrated Talk: The Willoughby family and Wollaton Hall, Nottingham

Nottingham Industrial Museum is pleased to invite you to an illustrated talk by Roger Clifford on the history of 'The Willoughby family and Wollaton Hall'.

Roger is one of Nottingham Industrial Museum's fantastic Volunteer Guides and his talk will outline the family history of the Willoughbys, the source of their wealth, the architect commissioned to design Wollaton Hall, its stunning Elizabethan country house style architecture, and the building of the Stable Block and Riding School, where Nottingham Industrial Museum is now located.

The duration of the talk is approximately 1hr 20min and the museum galleries will be available for you explore before the talk and during the interval.

Tickets are £7 per person with refreshments included.
