"A thought provoking course that has given me tools to lead my team. Having managed large teams for a number of years you tend to use your preferred tried and tested methods and continue to manage as you have always. Coaching is changing that for me. There is no feeling to beat the feeling you get when you come out of a coaching session, if we could bottle it, we would make millions!" Catherine Fleming, General Catering Services Manager, Oxford Brookes University
