Please let us know if your circumstances have changed and you can't make it anymore. Also please let us know of your special requirements for food and accessibility.

Programme and all FAQs and informations below.

A dropbox link is now available for both presentations and interaction with technology providers. You are welcome to upload any image or data for which you would like to discuss analysis. Please contact Callum Arthurs if your folder exceeds 3GB or if you have problems uploading your presentation.

If you are presenting your work in one of the speaker slots, please upload your talk there or see us before the break before your session.

We ask you to be mindful of the time allocated (which should include Q&A for example 8 minutes talk + 2 minutes Q&A). Please focus on solutions and bottlenecks over marketing slides to engage the audience further during breaks and in the final networking session.

We have privileged a 'flashtalks' structure to maximise the opportunities of interactions and discussions and the chance of meeting relevant contacts that will help define your challenges and progress your work. Thank you for your understanding and for reducing the number of your slides to avoid rushing through your talk.

organised by the Stem Cell Hotel with the Nikon Imaging Centre, the Advanced Light Microscopy and the High Throughput Screening facilities.

5.00 wrap up about future plans and strategies

5.20 we get going to Camino’s for drinks at 5.30pm

If you’d like to book a visit to the Stem Cell Hotel for Fri 6thSep or Fri 4thOct, please let us know on the day.

Join a mix of researchers from academia and biotech aiming at building pipelines to extract data from images towards translational applications. We are passionate about bridging gaps and engaging the different scientific communities involved.

We'd like the day to be flexible and for all to make the most out of it. Feel free to bring your laptop along as there is a hot-desking area (with a few power sockets) to showcase your solutions or describe your current bottlenecks. if you require more information about the set up please contact Callum Arthurs.

After 5pm we will be walking together to Camino’s (5 mins from the Crick across King's Cross Station) where more refreshments (and drinks) will be served. Phenomic AI has kindly arranged this.

Please keep in mind the different backgrounds, we expect a mix of researchers from academia and biotech aiming at building pipelines to extract data from images towards translational applications. We are passionate about bridging gaps and engaging the different scientific communities involved and we hope you will benefit from some fresh insights and new perspectives on your work.

Kick-start your September by getting the brightest exposure to Light Microscopy and discussing image analysis bottlenecks and solutions, infrastructure and workflows, data integration and artificial intelligence with a focus on translational research towards platforms for regenerative medicine and drug discovery.

We look forward to welcoming you at the Crick!
