Join us for the third session of our Imaginary Territory: Mindfulness and Nature Reflection Workshop! An artist-led, outdoor workshop exploring mindfulness and nature-based reflection along the beautiful Riverside Walk in North London.
Led by guest artist Elizabeth Salazar Guerra, this session invites participants into a gentle, immersive experience designed to foster a deeper connection to land, water, and self. In collaboration with project initiator Claudia Ramírez Julio, the workshop blends guided meditation, slow walking, and creative practices to support personal and collective reflection.
We’ll slow down together, tuning into textures, colours, and sounds that echo our inner landscapes. Through art-based practices, participants will translate sensory experience into personal meaning and contribute to a growing collective textile piece — a living fabric that grows each session, stitched with stories across the city and weaving new connections between people and place.
This is a respectful art space that deepens ecological awareness through presence, attention, and shared creative gestures.
You are invited to bring a small object related to water — something personal or symbolic — as a starting point for your reflection.
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to reconnect and tap into the healing energy of nature. No experience is necessary — just bring comfortable shoes, a water bottle, and an open mind.
Spaces are limited — early booking is recommended.
