Leicester Royal Infirmary, Imaging department, Windsor building, Level 1. Please make yourself known to a member of staff who will then guide you to the conference room.

Do I need a ticket for my guardian or parent?

No. We have a maximum capacity and we will not be counting guardians or parents in this. If we have too many numbers, then guardians and parents may be asked to wait while the group tours are undertaken.

What if I arrive late?

Anything that you have missed will not be recapped and it may be difficult to accompany the group tours, so you may be sent away. Therefore, please arrive no later than ten minutes after the advertised start time. This shows respect for the organisers and all those who have attended on time.
